Bev Jenkins Lifelong Charlestonian. Selling real estate here since 1995.

Bev was the perfect combination of being attentive to our wishes (explicitly expressed and otherwise), and being sure he covered the limits of the current market. At each showing he would listen to and observe our reactions and shape future suggestions based on them. He pointed out both good features and concerns that we might otherwise have missed. He did not steer us only to the high end of our price range. He was as ready to show us a low priced house as a high priced house if he thought it might meet our needs. In the end Bev helped us find the "right" house for us at an attractive price. He used his extensive contacts to help us in every aspect of the purchase - from financing to improvements we chose to make. He listened respectfully to our thoughts and was never pushy. I believe he has the right sense of when to offer his professional opinion and when to leave the discussion to his clients. I would strongly recommend Bev to anyone looking for a home.
